SQS is a native company established in Puerto Rico, dedicated to the
storage of pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical devices materials
and documents in air conditioning with temperature and relative humidity
controls and monitoring.  All this, in a completely GMP environment.  

SQS was developed having our clients needs in mind.  The quality of our
building, the technology of our equipments, the control in our processes
and the human touch of our personnel among other factors, are our
priority in this concept named "the warehouse of the future".

Our mission is to provide the best storage service to our clients, always
exceeding their expectations in a highly GMP, controlled, expeditious and
at the same time, friendly manner.  

We aspire to be the best solution for our clients needs, not only by
providing the best service when they need space to store their material
but being the standard for this type of industry.

What makes us different

Building Construction
The modern buildings were constructed with concrete pre-cast walls
and a solid roofing system that was designed to withstand the force
of hurricanes and earthquakes.

Building Security
The buildings are protected with fire protection water sprinklers
(ESFR) to protect offices and warehoused goods, burglar and fire
alarms, cameras surveillance inside and outside the building and
security guards 24 hours a day.

SQS Operations
Power generators with automatic transfer switch and a 2,000 gallons
diesel tank maintains our operations always running in case a power
outrage occurs.  Highly technological and reliable air conditioning
equipments that control the temperature and relative humidity of the
whole warehouses and modern equipment to receive and dispatch
the materials in a secure and expeditious manner, are just part of
SQS's operations.

Personnel
Our highly professional personnel is trained in good manufacturing
practices (GMP), in SQS standard operating procedures and safety
practices, and are customer service oriented.  Our quality assurance
personnel closely monitor all the activities taking place in our
warehouse looking for the continuous improvement of our processes
and maintaining the quality of service that we are used to provide.

Our customers consist of the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and
medical devices industries who have performed quality, safety,
security, environmental and inventory audits as part of their
supplier/contractor qualification program finding the SQS, Inc.'s
facilities and operations always complying and exceeding their
